We are so happy to announce the launch of our new website. This is a big accomplishment for our shop. For the past 8 years, everyone including us here has been dealing with our never-changing, not-so user-friendly website. We know it has been a struggle to place an order especially if you’re on the go using your cell phone. However, all that is a thing of the past now and we have officially caught up with the times. We are proud and excited, so let us get into what all has changed and how you can best navigate the website.
We live in a mobile world and it’s a shame we did not have a mobile website. So we made our new website mobile-friendly! We hope this helps everyone navigate our gear a lot easier. We also made the images large so it’s easier to see the exact item you’re clicking. Turn upright for a single item scroll, turn horizontal and you’ll have two items side by side.
For those of you that have experienced our past site, you had to wait for our email to know if something was available or not, and sometimes we get busy and get back to you later than we hope to. Never again. When you visit a product page you’ll see a “check availability” button. When you click that button, an availability calendar will appear to show if we have the items available for your date. When you navigate to select your rental dates and add your item to the cart, you’ll notice the system will automatically tell you if the item is available or unavailable. Green for available and red for unavailable. Select as many of the same items until it says unavailable and you’ll know if we have enough items to accommodate your needs.
New Chat Feature
Don’t have time to hop on the phone or just have a quick question about something on our site? The good news is we now have a chat! This will let you connect with us so we can help you out. You might be on set or just around a lot of people not making it so convenient to call. Now you can chat with us. We are a small team so don’t blow us up lol. But really, we’re happy to help. As for now, we will only have our chat available during business hours.
How to Navigate
Let us start at the top. We have all of our gear categorized on the menu header at the top of the page. If you have trouble finding what you need in any category you can click our search icon in the top right corner.
When you scroll down the home page you’ll see our Rent and Buy buttons. Currently, our sales page is not live, but it will be coming soon. We’ll have a list of product-used items for sale, so keep an eye out! Our Rent page will take you to our visual rental categories, where you can select the category of your interests and discover all our products without a filter.
As you scroll down you’ll see our brand icons, you can click those if there is a specific brand you are looking to rent.
Below the brand names, you’ll find our featured products. These items you see listed are either our New additions or popular rentals. We also try to throw in items you might not even know we have. It’s constantly changing so check back in periodically to discover what’s new.
If you continue to scroll you see an awesome interview with one of our past interns, Michael Jean. We created this video to inspire creativity in us all. We had a great time making it and we are so proud of her. Give it a watch when you have time. Also, she drew our famous “Helping You Stay focused” painting you see when you walk into the shop. Take a selfie next time ????

Lastly, at the bottom of the page, you’ll see our location map. We know we are your secret gem, but we still want you to find us.
For those of you that remember our old site, you know it was a little confusing. We can’t tell you how many calls we received of people asking if the 3-day rate was the pricing for each day for 3 days? Whelp, that’s all over now. Also, you no longer have day restrictions on how many days you can rent without being forced to select 5,10,14, or 21. Relieved Right?
To rent now, click on the item you want and it will open to the item page. You’ll see pricing, availability, and date selection. When you change your pick-up and drop-off date the price will automatically update. Once you’ve selected your date, click add to cart.
Once you check out, go ahead and sign up or sign in. If you are a returning customer, you’ll have to create a new account, but don’t worry, as long as you use the same email or phone number your order will sync to your in-store profile. If this is your first time creating an account on our new site, you will receive an email asking you to verify your email address before the system will allow check out.
At the bottom of your order, you’ll see your rental total, and pricing for our optional damage waiver listed. The damage waiver will not be applied to your order unless you approve it on pick up. We have it listed on your cart just to show you the cost. We do recommend it as sometimes items do drop and it prevents you from paying the full repair cost, if in the event. So ask us on pick up if you’d like to add it!
Now you’re almost done, just fill out your address, agree to the rental terms, and hit check out!
We still Do Not charge online so no need to worry about payment until you arrive.
Lastly, the final step is our verification process. As of the new year, we have made some updates to how we authorize customers to rent. If your ID has not been verified with our new system you will either receive an email or text message asking you to validate your ID. If you don’t receive anything, we’ll ask you to update when you arrive.
Now that you are all checked out. We want to send big love and appreciation to everyone that has rented with us over the years. We love being a part of your journey and look forward to serving you many more years. We hope that our new website contributes to making your rental experience a little more exciting.
