Frequently asked questions
If you have rented previously through our site since February 2022, you will not need to create a new account. You can proceed to rent as normal. If you are a customer who has not rented through our site since 2022, you will need to create a new account.
Please bring in the following for verification:
1. Driver’s license
2. Credit or Debit Card
3. Pay stub ( optional to waive deposit)
4. Mortgage Statement (optional to waive deposit)
The best way to avoid leaving a full deposit is to purchase insurance and add us as an Additional Insured and Loss Payee CLICK FOR INSURANCE
Whenever you place an order, a deposit equivalent to the full retail price of the item is necessary. This procedure involves placing a temporary hold on the funds in your credit card. As soon as the items you ordered are returned to us, this hold will be lifted.
In an effort to make our services more accessible, we offer alternatives to paying this deposit. You have the option to provide certain documents that can lead to the waiver of this deposit requirement. These documents include a recent pay stub that shows your income, a mortgage statement that shows your house ownership, or an insurance document. If you’re a college student, you can provide a current class schedule as an alternative.
The amount we can waive based on these documents can be up to $5000. However, please note that the submission of these documents does not automatically guarantee a waiver. We hold the right to request a deposit even after reviewing these documents, based on our discretion.
Currently, we do not provide shipping. Primarily serve our local community in Southern California. However, we warmly welcome visitors from out of town and are happy to assist you. If circumstances require you to ship items back to us, we are able to accommodate that. Just let us know your needs, and we will strive to meet them.
Our system is designed for payments to be made at the time of pick-up, not online. When you place an order through our website, you are simply reserving your items. The actual payment is processed only when you come to collect your items. This ensures a smooth transaction and provides you with an opportunity to inspect your items before completing the purchase.
