Drones, drones, and more drones. They’re everywhere and it seems like we can’t avoid them. Youtube is riddled with professionals and amateurs with aerial views and time lapses. And sometimes, we find those really unique ideas.
The creative minds over at Little Big World posted a time lapse video of Detroit. But instead of your typical time lapse, they incorporated drones and tilt-shift lenses.
The film was shot throughout Detroit including the Michigan Theater, Packard Plant, Michigan Central Station, Lee Plaza Hotel, around the Masonic Temple and the Heidelberg Project, and many other abandoned buildings and locations around Downtown. Joerg Daiber, the filmmaker, used both a Lumix GH2 and GH4, 14-140mm and 7-14mm Lumix lenses to capture the video.
With the FAA and government throwing out rules and guidelines very soon, will we see videos like this in the future?
Let us know what you think about those rules about drones in the comment section below!
