We have all dealt with this: angry clients. Sometimes it’s just one little remark and sometimes it’s an ultimatum. And when someone is attacking your work or you personally, it’s just so easy to let things get so heated.

He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.
